DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE

We now offer several options for true downpayment assistance. These are actual grants. We have different grant programs for different areas in Texas for first time homebuyers. (Homebuyer cannot have owned a home in the past three years.)

Houston - $19,500-$45,000 downpayment assistance for homebuyers purchasing a property in the Houston city limits. Will have borrower maximum income limits. PLEASE CALL FOR CONSULTATION! THIS PROGRAM IS OUT OF FUNDS UNTIL MAY 2010

Harris County - $9,500-$14,500 downpayment assistance for homebuyers purchasing a property in Harris County, but not in the incorporated city limits, the property owner is not paying city taxes. There will be maximum income limits also for this program.

City of Pasadena - $7,500-$14,500 downpayment assistance for homebuyers purchasing a property in the city of Pasadena. There are maximum income limits for this program. OUT OF FUNDS.

Fort Bend County - $8000-$25,000 downpayment assistance for homebuyers purchasing an owner occupied FORECLOSED property in the county, but the property may not be paying city taxes to Houston, Katy, Sugarland, or Missouri City. The borrower will have maximum income limits for this program and is required to pay 50% of the required downpayment of the loan from their personal funds.

Montgomery County - $10,000 downpayment assistance for the homebuyers purchasing within unincorporated Montgomery County, but outside the city limits of Conroe, Magnolia, Oakridge, Panorama Village, Patton Village, Roman Forest, Shenandoah, Splendora, Stagecoach, Woodbranch Village, Willis and Woodloch. OUT OF FUNDS.

Austin, Chambers, Matagorda, Wharton, and Waller Counties – $10,000 downpayment assistance for homebuyers in these counties, and the cities of Cleveland, Huntsville, Bayou Vista, Bolivar Peninsula, and Hitchcock. OUT OF FUNDS.

Brazoria County - $5,000 downpayment assistance for first time homebuyers.
